In such a situation, China is showing roads, water, electricity and communication network to woo people. These people are also being offered free high quality infrastructure. New Delhi-based think-tank Vivekananda International Foundation cited a report in Tibet Daily to say that the Chinese government is also giving 30,000 yuan per year to people to live in these villages.
