The prisoners decide to continue their struggle until their demands are fully met

Ramallah WAFA - The Prisoners Club confirmed this evening, Thursday, that the prisoners in the Israeli occupation prisons have decided to continue their struggle steps that have continued for 26 days.

This came after a dialogue session that ended today with the prisons administration, the results of which were represented in the administration’s partial retraction of some of its announced procedures, specifically with regard to the “Fora” system - the prison yard, but it refused to respond to the demands of the prisoners of “Nafha” prison related to electronic gates and inspection, which is One of the basic demands in the current battle.

The Prisoner Club added, in a statement, that in light of this, the prisoners informed the prison administration that they would continue their steps of disobedience and rebellion against the prison laws, until their demands were fully and radically met, specifically the demand related to the issue of prisoners of "Nafha" prison.

The prisoners also decided that if the administration continued its current position, they would announce an open hunger strike on 25 March.
In this context, the Prisoners' Club stressed that this declared position emerged from all factions, represented by the Higher National Emergency Committee for Prisoners, which was formed following the measures imposed by the prison administration after the date of the process of extorting six prisoners from "Gilboa" prison .

It is noteworthy that the prisoners are facing a double and systematic attack aimed at robbing them of their historical achievements, as the prison administration began this attack by targeting the prisoner’s exit system to the “Fora” prison yard to impose more control and oversight on them, knowing that the occupation prisons administration has never stopped targeting the prisoners’ achievements. Over the past decades, prisoners have fought hundreds of battles to preserve it.

The Prisoner's Club called for the continuation of the activities supporting the prisoners in their battle until their demands are fulfilled, and to support them with what befits their sacrifices.

It is noteworthy that the number of prisoners in the occupation prisons is about 4,500, including 34 female prisoners, and about 180 children.
