The funeral of the martyr Ahmed Oweidat in Jericho

Ahmed left his family home in Ain al-Sultan camp, west of Jericho, to visit one of his friends in Aqabat Jabr camp, south of the city, to spend some time on the night of the twenty-fourth of the blessed month of Ramadan. He continues with burning and pain in his heart, "Perhaps this was his last request to wear a white shroud in the Hijaz dress as a bridegroom carried on the shoulders in the streets of the city of Jericho."  During the storming, two other young men were wounded by live bullets, while the "Fatah" movement declared the region of Jericho and the Jordan Valley a general and comprehensive mourning in the province.  The uncle of the martyr, Faisal Oweidat, told "Wafa" that Ahmad was hit by two bullets in the head area during the Israeli occupation forces' random shooting, noting that the martyr was a student at Al-Quds University, and he is the eldest son among six brothers, and he works in a private company in Jericho, where he reconciles Between his work and his education, like the rest of the Palestinian youth who love life.  For his part, head of the Department of Families of Martyrs and Wounded People in the Homeland and Diaspora, Nasser Shalon, told Wafa that the martyr Ahmed Oweidat was the first martyr to rise in the Jericho and Jordan Valley since the beginning of this year.
