The United States One dead and 11 wounded in a shooting at a concert in Dallas

US police announced that one person was killed and 11 others were injured in a shooting at an outdoor concert in Dallas.

Police said in a statement that their officers responded to the call at approximately 12:13 am, Sunday, and headed to a field in southeast Dallas, where a concert was held.

And she indicated that a preliminary investigation concluded that a person fired a pistol in the air during the party, and then another unknown person fired a pistol at the crowd.

And she pointed out that she found, near the concert stage, Kelon Deguine Gilmore, 26, lying on the ground and shot in the head.

She added that 11 other people were injured during the concert, all of whom were taken to hospital either by ambulance or in private cars.

And she added that one person was in critical condition, while the condition of the rest of the injured was stable, noting that 3 of the injured were minors.

The authorities have not arrested anyone as the police are still investigating the cause of the shooting.
