A paper in the hands of US President Joe Biden, photographed by journalists, has raised a state of astonishment and ridicule in the United States. It contained specific directions for his actions during a meeting of wind industry executives.

The document, titled “The Wind Energy Conference Sequence,” asks Biden to “enter the Roosevelt room and say hello to the participants,” then outlines what he will do in the course of the meeting such as “You take your seat,” and includes a note “Journalists arrive” followed by the phrase You give brief comments (two minutes)."
She then says "Leave the Press" followed by "Ask a question to Liz Schuller, President of the AFL-CIO", after which she says: "You thank the participants" and: "You are leaving."
The paper raised a state of astonishment and ridicule in the United States, as a Fox News presenter commented, "You're going out?! Is this the President of the United States? Imagine if they found such a card with Trump? The calls for his removal would have exploded. It seems now It's as if the state is running a nursery school. No one cares about it!"
US journalist Benny Johnson said: "The next time someone tries to tell you that Joe Biden is not a nursing home patient trapped in the White House, show them this."
It is noteworthy that this is not the first time that the US President has raised a controversy of this kind, as some question his health, especially with his old age.
Earlier in March, Biden was seen holding a bulletin board with talking points related to his comments on Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Images of the "cheat sheet" at Thursday's meeting were widely shared by Republicans and conservatives on social media, who often questioned Biden's sanity and derided his use of such cards.
