Azerbaijan: The number of army martyrs has risen to 71 in the clashes with Armenia The death toll of the Azerbaijani army as a result of violent clashes with the Armenian forces in the border areas has risen to 71. And it said in a statement: "The sites on the side of the villages of Zilek, Yeliga and Yukari Iram in Kalbajar were attacked with D20 and D30 artillery."  She stressed the continuation of attacks and provocations carried out by the Armenian forces with artillery and other heavy weapons in the border areas despite the calls of the international community and the agreement reached on the cease-fire.  She stressed that the entire responsibility for the escalation of the situation rests with the military and political administration of Armenia.  The ministry noted that the Azerbaijani army, in turn, took the necessary measures to silence the Armenian sources of fire and prevent the expansion of clashes.  The Armenian forces participating in the provocative operations incurred losses in life and equipment.
