Seven Palestinians were injured on Saturday evening in clashes with the Israeli army and attacks carried out by settlers in several areas in the northern West Bank.

He added that a Palestinian was suffocated by settlers spraying his face with pepper gas in the town of Deir Sharaf (the owner of the restaurant), while 5 Palestinians suffocated from tear gas inhalation during clashes with the army that took place in the same town.
Earlier, Saturday, two Israelis were wounded in a shooting attack in the village of Hawara, in the Nablus governorate, in the northern West Bank.
The Israeli army said in a statement that "two Israelis were wounded in a drive-by shooting in the Hawara area."
On February 26, Hawara witnessed unprecedented attacks by Israeli settlers, which resulted in the death of a Palestinian, dozens of injuries, and the burning and destruction of dozens of homes and cars, after two settlers were killed by gunfire near the town.
Tensions have escalated sharply across the occupied West Bank for months, amid repeated Israeli military raids on Palestinian towns.
