The study identified a group of the most affected "hot spots" in the regions of Eastern Europe, South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, parts of Africa, Brazil, Mexico and China, as well as the western regions of the United States of America. Scientists added that about two-thirds of the Earth does not meet the safety standards for fresh water.

She added, "Climate change is a reality, and the dust storm that occurred in the governorates of Egypt is the result of this change."
The Minister of Environment also indicated in televised statements that climate changes will vary from time to time, saying: "We are not used to witnessing the impact of climate change, but we must get used to such phenomena."
And she stressed that "the country is ready for climate changes and has an early warning system at the republic level, noting that" the early warning system tells us when and where pollutants are concentrated.
And she continued: "Climate change is a fact, and the state is ready for the dust storm throughout the past period. Dust has increased 10 times in the period from one to three in the afternoon, and this pollution is happening for the first time."
She explained that "a project to manage air pollution will be announced next Monday, in light of efforts to combat climate change, and that the ministry follows up on air quality indicators through the continuous monitoring system of the Ministry of Environment, which is spread across many parts of the country."
