Yulia Kovalevskaya, psychologist, coach and author of personal building programs for businessmen, in an interview with the Moscow Region News Agency, touched on the details of the development of the “deferred life” syndrome.
She said: "There is something you always need like a few kilograms, knowledge, time etc. And you say to yourself: 'I will start to really live but later.' You need to change your apartment, get married, or, on the contrary, get a divorce, and you think that life will certainly begin after that.”
Kovalevskaya pointed out that a person who suffers from such a syndrome does not rejoice in life, does not enjoy it, and does not realize that he is living the best stage in it Here we are talking about an endless game of “catch-up.”
She said: “If this person is asked a question: Why has the right time not yet come to enjoy and live as happily and joyfully as possible?” Chance after, etc.”
Some people, due to fear or other reasons, cannot deal with this complex condition. In an interview with Channel 5, psychologist Olga Korobenikova called for getting rid of all problems here and now, noting that you cannot reach a successful future if you do not deal with situations that come from the past.
Don't let the past restrict yourself.
