Jakarta The Director General of Small, Medium and Miscellaneous Industries (IKMA) of the Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) Reni Yanita said that Indonesia has the potential to become a supplier of Muslim fashion both domestically and abroad.
"Indonesia itself has great potential in supplying Muslim fashion needs for both domestic and international markets," said Reni Yanita, at the opening of MUFFEST+ 2025 in Jakarta, Thursday.
Reni Yanita explained that based on data from the State of Global Islamic Economy Report for 2023-2024, Indonesia is ranked third as the country that dominates the Muslim fashion ecosystem after Türkiye and Malaysia.
