Jakarta - PDI Perjuangan Spokesperson Ahmad Basarah said that the relationship between PDI Perjuangan DPP General Chairperson and 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia Megawati Soekarnoputri and the President of the Republic of Indonesia who is also the General Chairperson of the Gerindra Party Prabowo Subianto is fine.
"Alhamdulillah, until today, the relationship between Mrs. Megawati Soekarnoputri and Mr. Prabowo Subianto remains fine," said Basarah during a press conference regarding the explanation of Megawati's instructions regarding the regional head retreat at the PDI Perjuangan DPP Office, Jakarta, Tuesday night.
According to Basarah, Megawati and Prabowo have had a long and good relationship so far, which is the basis for continuing to communicate with each other. However, PDI Perjuangan is aware and feels that there are parties who do not want Megawati and Prabowo's relationship to be good.
