Jakarta - Cakung Health Center has opened a health service post at the Jakarta Garden City Complex since Friday (21/3) for residents affected by the Jakarta RDF Plant facility.
"The Environmental Service coordinates with the Health Service and through the Cakung District Health Center is committed to providing health services for the community affected by the Rorotan RDF Plant after ' commissioning' ," said the Public Relations of the DKI Jakarta Environmental Service (DLH) Yogi Ikhwan in Jakarta, Saturday.
This follows up on the direction of the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung, that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government cover the medical costs of residents who are sick due to exposure to odors from the waste processing facility into fuel or the Jakarta Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) Plant in Rorotan, North Jakarta.
