Subspecialist Hematology Oncology Medical Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, dr. Ralph Girson Gunarsa, Sp.PD-KHOM said that cancer treatment therapy is now minimally invasive and personalized.
"This cancer therapy is also more personal and minimally invasive. For example, the subcutaneous (SC) method allows patients to get medicine efficiently in a shorter time and with a higher level of comfort compared to intravenous infusion," said Dr. Ralph in Jakarta, Tuesday.
Meanwhile, at this time, there are still many myths about breast cancer, namely those related to biopsies which are thought to have side effects and accelerate the spread of cancer cells.
