Arsenal have reportedly begun the initial stages of bringing in Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig as their new striker in this summer's transfer market.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano says Sesko was always a top priority in Mikel Arteta's pursuit of a striker.
"Arsenal have started concrete initial talks for a deal for Benjamin Sesko. He has always been a top priority for Mikel Arteta's recruitment team, management and roster," Romano wrote in a tweet on his official X, quoted Friday.
This is not the first time for the Gunners to strike a deal with Sesko as they did so in the summer transfer window last year and the winter transfer window this year.
