The Indonesian women's national futsal team had to admit Japan's toughness with a score of 2-5 in the first match of Group C of the 2025 Asian Futsal Cup.
In the match that took place at the Hohhot Sports Center, Hohhot, China, Wednesday night WIB, the Pertiwi team was late to warm up and received a painful punishment from Japan.
Japan immediately dominated possession of the ball from the start.
The match had not even reached ten minutes when Japan immediately took a quick 1-0 lead through an attack scheme that was able to break down Indonesia's defense.
Two minutes later, Japan doubled their lead to 2-0. It didn't take long for Japan to double their lead to 3-0 in two minutes.
Indonesia was four goals behind when entering the 16th minute.
