Technology company Microsoft has increased the prices of the Xbox Series X and Series S consoles along with games and accessories.
According to Engadget's broadcast on Thursday (1/5), the Xbox Series S is now being sold starting at US$380 (Rp. 6.2 million), up from the previous US$300 (Rp. 4.9 million).
The Xbox Series X is now being marketed for US$550 (Rp9 million), up from US$450 (Rp7.3 million), and the price of the 1TB variant of the Xbox Series S has increased from US$350 (Rp5.7 million) to US$430 (Rp7 million).
The Xbox Series X with a disc drive is now priced at $600, while the Xbox Series X 2TB Galaxy Black Special Edition is up to $730.
Several of Microsoft's newest exclusive games will be released for $80 starting this holiday season.
However, games purchased through the Xbox Store support Microsoft's Play Anywhere feature, which allows users to play them on PC at no additional cost.
