PT Prudential Life Assurance and PT Prudential Sharia Life Assurance recorded positive company performance throughout 2024 amidst the challenges of medical inflation and global economic conditions.
Throughout 2024, according to Prudential Indonesia President Director Tony Benitez, the company recorded total premium income of IDR 20.8 trillion, an increase of 4.4 percent compared to the previous year, with total assets of IDR 57.6 trillion.
"We are grateful to be able to record solid performance, especially amidst industry challenges due to medical inflation and uncertain global economic conditions," Tony said in his statement.
The company, he added, recorded a total comprehensive income of IDR 1.6 trillion in 2024.
In addition, the company realized claims and benefits payments of IDR 18.2 trillion, an increase of 6.9 percent compared to the same period the previous year.
