Telkomsel reintroduces Simpati prepaid card on its 30th anniversary

Telkomsel is reintroducing the prepaid SIM card product Simpati to coincide with the company's 30th anniversary celebration.

"On Telkomsel's 30th anniversary, we are presenting Simpati again with various benefits from diverse and innovative services and most importantly, relevant to customer needs," said Telkomsel President Director Nugroho in a press conference for Telkomsel's 30th anniversary in Jakarta, Monday.

Simpati was first launched in 1997 until it was merged into Telkomsel Prabayar with Kartu As and Telkomsel LOOP. Simpati now replaces Telkomsel Prabayar as a prepaid cellular service with various benefits and support for 4G/LTE and Hyper 5G networks.

Simpati starter packs are available for Rp35 thousand, including a basic quota of 3 GB for 30 days. Simpati cards can be purchased through the website www.telkomsel.com, the MyTelkomsel application, Telkomsel eSIM services, GraPARI, and official retail outlet partners.
