The occupation continues its aggression against cities and towns in the West Bank, and dozens of settlers storm Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Today, Tuesday, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the old Askar camp in the city of Nablus, north of the occupied West Bank, and besieged a number of neighborhoods within the camp.

Eyewitnesses reported that the occupation army sent military reinforcements to the camp from several directions, while carrying out a number of raids in cities and towns across the occupied West Bank, arresting Palestinians, according to local sources.

The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that the Israeli occupation forces continue their tight siege of the Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, accompanied by the sound of gunfire and explosions from time to time, as the aggression enters its 114th day, amid ongoing field escalation and military reinforcements.

The agency reported that the occupation forces are preventing citizens from returning to their homes, from which they were forcibly displaced, to inspect them or retrieve any remaining belongings. More than 4,200 families, comprising over 25,000 citizens, have been forcibly displaced from the two camps.

As the escalation continued, occupation forces completely destroyed more than 400 homes and partially destroyed 2,573 others. They also sealed off the entrances and alleys of the two camps with earth mounds, transforming them into isolated, almost lifeless areas.

The agency said that the occupation forces are deploying military reinforcements around the clock, patrolling the main streets and neighborhoods, using provocative horns, driving against traffic, and repeatedly setting up surprise checkpoints, particularly in the city center, Nablus Street, and Shuweika Roundabout in the northern neighborhood.

The two camps' neighborhoods are witnessing a heavy deployment of occupation forces, who have transformed a number of homes into military positions and sniper positions, amid heavy gunfire and the pursuit of anyone attempting to enter the camp or approach their homes.

Nur Shams camp witnessed a demolition campaign targeting residential buildings in its main neighborhoods, affecting more than 20 buildings, including residential apartments, and damaging adjacent buildings. This is in implementation of the occupation's plan to demolish 106 buildings in Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, to open up streets and roads and change their geographical features.

In a related development, Israeli occupation forces stormed the Aktaba suburb east of the city at dawn today, deploying in its main and side streets. Israeli soldiers then arrested freed prisoner Saad Othman Basis after raiding his home.

On Nablus Street and the adjacent northern neighborhood, occupation forces continue to seize a number of buildings and residential homes after forcibly evicting their residents and converting them into military barracks. Some of these buildings have remained under occupation for more than two months.

The aggression on Jenin and its camp continues

The agency reported that the occupation forces are continuing their aggression against the city of Jenin and its camp for the 120th consecutive day, expanding their bulldozing and destruction operations inside the camp with the aim of changing its features and structure, in addition to continuing to prevent entry or access to it.

Israeli occupation forces stormed the vicinity of the Arab American University in Jenin on Monday evening, setting up a roadblock on the road leading to the village of Jalqamush to the east, causing a traffic jam. Israeli occupation vehicles and equipment were also located near the American University buildings, which are inhabited by displaced persons from Jenin refugee camp, who were forcibly displaced from their homes since the start of the aggression.

The occupation forces also continue to fire live ammunition intensively inside Jenin camp, despite the fact that it is completely empty of its residents. Yesterday, Monday, the occupation forces were at the entrance to the camp, known as the Horse Roundabout.

Yesterday, the occupation forces stormed the village of Umm al-Tut and Khirbet Talfit, east of Jenin, deployed infantry units, and raided a number of homes.

The occupation forces also continue their complete closure of Jenin camp, preventing access to it, while continuing bulldozing and destruction operations within it, aimed at altering its structure and features.

According to Jenin Municipality estimates, approximately 600 homes were completely demolished in the camp, while the rest were partially damaged and rendered uninhabitable.

Jenin also suffered extensive damage to facilities, homes, and infrastructure, particularly in the eastern and al-Hadaf neighborhoods.
