Thiago Motta is the latest name reported to be a candidate for the new coach of Italian League club AC Milan for the 2025/26 competition season.
Quoted from the Football Italia page, Thursday, Thiago Motta is a new name reportedly being targeted by AC Milan after previously being linked with Vicenzo Italiano and Max Allegri.
According to a report from Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Motta is one of the coaches who is favored to be appointed as the new AC Milan coach, along with Italiano.
However, Italiano is quite difficult to bring in to handle Christian Pulisic and his colleagues because he is tied to a contract with Bologna until June 2026 and today was offered a new deal until 2028 at the Stadio Dall'Ara.
Meanwhile, Motta is currently not tied to any club after last managing Juventus and being fired in mid-March.
Motta, who has been in charge of Juventus since the start of the 2024/25 season, has only managed 42 competitive matches with the Bianconeri with a record of 18 wins, 16 draws and eight losses.
