The Indonesian women's national futsal team is in third place in the temporary standings of Group C of the 2025 Women's Futsal Asian Cup, after drawing 0-0 with Thailand at the Hohhot Sports Center, Hohhot, China.
Indonesia's match against Thailand was fierce from the early minutes, with both teams buying and selling attacks in two rounds of play. However, the poor finishing of both teams and the brilliant goalkeeping of each team meant that the match ended in a 0-0 draw.
This result makes Indonesia occupy the third position with one point. This is Indonesia's first point in the Women's Futsal Asia Cup after in the first match, Wednesday, Garuda Pertiwi lost 2-5 to Japan.
Indonesia is three points behind Thailand in second place with four points. Thailand got the four points after holding Indonesia to a draw and crushing Bahrain 4-0 in its first match.
Meanwhile, the top position of the standings is occupied by Japan after they swept two matches with victory. After gaining three points against Indonesia, today Japan defeated Bahrain with a score of 3-2.
