Meta's social media, Facebook, has reportedly recently asked some of its users to share photos from their camera gallery so they can connect with Meta AI's artificial intelligence to provide creative editing suggestions via cloud processing.
The request was discovered by several users after they wanted to create "Story" content and received a notification from Facebook asking whether users would choose cloud processing to allow creative suggestions from Meta AI.
As reported by TechCrunch, the request appears in a pop-up message, and users who click "Allow" will then give Facebook access to generate and suggest editing ideas for photos from the user's camera gallery.
