Deputy V of the Presidential Staff Office directly reviewed the Nutrition Provision Service Unit for the Free Nutritious Meals program in Siberuang Village, Kampar Regency, Riau, which collaborates with Village-Owned Enterprises to supply food supplies.
The Main Expert Staff of the Presidential Staff Office, Lieutenant General TNI (ret.) Arif Rahman expressed his appreciation to the Jefry Noer Madani Foundation and the Kampar Regent who provided full support and implemented the President's priority program, namely MBG.
"Every MBG kitchen is asked to work together with BUMDesa and the Merah Putih Village Cooperative as partners that supply food ingredients," said Arif in a statement received in Jakarta, Friday.
Arif hopes that the SPPG partnership pattern in Kampar Regency can be an example for other regencies throughout Indonesia in SPPG operations.
He emphasized that KSP continues to oversee the President's priority programs in various regions, one of which is in Kampar Regency, Riau Province.
The KSP representative will report directly to the Chief of Presidential Staff, Lieutenant General TNI (ret.) AM Putranto regarding the Kampar Regency government's efforts to mobilize all components of society so that collaboration and synergy are established in the implementation of the MBG program.
On that occasion, Kampar Regent Ahmad Yuzar conveyed a message from all the people of Kampar Regency to President Prabowo regarding various programs that have greatly touched the people.
"The MBG program not only provides free nutritious food, but also stimulates the local economy, absorbs labor, and grows the community economy at large," said Yuzar.
Therefore, the Kampar Regency Government is committed to adding 77 SPPG kitchens to expand the distribution coverage of MBG in the region.
