Gerindra Party Secretary General Ahmad Muzani said that many of President Prabowo Subianto's work programs are aimed at eradicating poverty, one of which is subsidized fertilizer for farmer welfare.
"Mr. Prabowo wants the common people to escape the poverty line and become economically prosperous. That is why he facilitated access to fertilizer so that farmers are now enthusiastic about going to the fields," said Muzani attending the consolidation and roll call of Gerindra Party cadres in Brebes Regency, Central Java in an official press release received.
According to the man who serves as the Chairman of the MPR RI, through subsidized fertilizer, farmers will find it easier to obtain quality and affordable fertilizer.
Thus, he said, food self-sufficiency will be created which will have an impact on strengthening national food security.
"This is President Prabowo's way to improve the welfare of farmers. Likewise, onion farmers in Brebes. Now the price of 1 kilogram is IDR 30 thousand, we must maintain the price of onions so that they do not fall so that onion farmers in Brebes can prosper," said Muzani.
In addition to fertilizer self-sufficiency, Muzani continued, Prabowo is currently also implementing various strategic programs that have an impact on improving people's welfare.
All of these programs, he continued, will only run if the community supports the government in rolling out these strategic programs.
Therefore, Muzani asked all cadres in Brebes to continue to support Prabowo while running the government.
In fact, Muzani asked all Gerindra cadres to win the 2029 election in order to maintain the spirit of sustainability of the people's programs that Prabowo has implemented.
