PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk conducted an infrastructure review while visiting customers to improve collaboration and understand customer needs in more depth.
“ Service excellence , both for external and internal customers, by upholding collaboration. Value propositioning, branding, and service excellence strategies must be well integrated," said Telkom President Director Dian Siswarini in her official statement.
During his visit to Surabaya Dian emphasized the importance of providing the best service to customers, as well as continuous quality improvement.
One of the customers visited was PT Tanto Intim Line as a Telkom Business-to-Business (B2B) segment customer who successfully implemented the IoT Tracking Container digital product, a digital solution resulting from joint development between Telkom and PT Tanto Intim Line.
