AI-based omnichannel platform , SleekFlow, launched a report titled " AI Transformation in SEA: Aligning Consumer Demands with Business Goals " which states that 73 percent of consumers in ASEAN use AI to support, not replace human services.
"AI is no longer about replacing humans, but strengthening their contribution," said Asnawi Jufrie, VP and GM of SleekFlow Southeast Asia in an official release on Tuesday.
The report, which surveyed 1,100 respondents in the Southeast Asia region, found that 70 percent of consumers stated that AI influences their final shopping decisions, especially when the technology is able to provide relevant personalization such as product recommendations and discount offers.
