PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk is committed to developing young Indonesian digital talent through the Digistar Connect educational program for students.
Telkom VP Human Capital Culture & Industrial Relations Iwan Setiawan said that Digistar Connect is part of Telkom's grand strategy in preparing superior digital human resources.
"We want to bridge the world of campus and the world of work. Through Digistar, we train students from the beginning to be ready to enter the digital industry with strong competence and mentality," said Iwan in a press statement received on Monday.
Digistar Connect is part of the Digistar program, Telkom's employer branding initiative which is present as an educational and inspiring forum for students to learn more about the world of digital work and experience internships in various work units at Telkom.
Throughout 2024-2025, Telkom has implemented 30 Digistar Connect programs.
