starving martyrs
WAFA quoted medical sources as saying that eight Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces while trying to obtain humanitarian aid along the Netzarim junction in the central Gaza Strip.

In this context, UN Secretary-General's spokesman, Stéphane Dujarric, said, "People in Gaza are being killed while seeking aid."
"Time is running out as we face severe shortages of essential supplies in the Gaza Strip," Dujarric added.
He noted that "no one is exerting enough pressure for us to do our job properly in the Gaza Strip."
Since October 7, 2023, Israel, with American support, has been committing genocide in Gaza, including killing, starvation, destruction, and displacement, ignoring international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice to halt it.
The genocide left more than 187,000 Palestinians dead or wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing. Hundreds of thousands were displaced, and famine claimed the lives of many, including children, as well as widespread destruction.
