Al-Houthi: We rescued 10 crew members from the sunken ship "Eternity Sea" off the coast of Yemen.

The Eternity Sea is the second ship to sink off Yemen this month after repeated Houthi attacks with drones and missiles.

For its part, the Philippine government confirmed on Tuesday that nine of the rescued sailors were Filipino, while Minister of Overseas Workers Affairs Hans Cacdac said the sailors were in "good physical condition" based on their families' accounts.

On Monday, the Houthi group released a six-minute video showing images of the ten sailors, some of whom were communicating with their families. The group claimed the ship was heading to the Israeli port of Eilat to load fertilizer.

Last Sunday, the Houthi group announced its decision to "escalate its military support operations and begin implementing the fourth phase of the naval blockade of the enemy (Israel)" due to the ongoing war of extermination in the Gaza Strip.

In a statement, it called on "all companies to halt their dealings with Israeli ports starting from the moment this statement is published," and warned that their ships could be targeted "regardless of their destination, anywhere within reach or within the range of our missiles and drones."

The statement called on "all countries, if they want to avoid this escalation, to pressure the enemy to halt its aggression and lift the siege on the Gaza Strip, as no free person on this earth can accept what is happening."

The Houthi group continues to attack ships belonging to Israel, as well as ships heading to it, and stresses that operations will continue until Israel halts its war of extermination in Gaza.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has been waging genocide in Gaza, including killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, ignoring all international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice to halt it.

The genocide, backed by the United States, left more than 205,000 Palestinians dead or wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 9,000 missing, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced persons and a famine that claimed the lives of many.
