According to the sources, the Israeli attacks included targeting displaced persons' tents, inhabited homes, and civilian gatherings across the Gaza Strip, as well as sites near distribution centers affiliated with the so-called "US-Israeli aid mechanism," which has been accused of turning into "death traps" for Palestinians.
In the latest attack, two Palestinians were killed in a house bombing near Al-Amal Hospital in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip. Earlier, 11 Palestinians, including a woman and children, were killed in the bombing of displaced people's tents near the Kuwaiti Hospital in the Al-Mawasi area. Two Palestinians were also killed in a bombing of the Sheikh Nasser area, east of the city.
Also in the south, 21 Palestinians were killed and about 50 others were injured by Israeli gunfire while waiting for aid west of Rafah.
In Deir al-Balah, seven Palestinians were killed in two airstrikes (the location of which was not determined), while two women were killed in the bombing of an apartment building east of the city. Three Palestinians were killed in the targeting of a tent for displaced people near Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the same city.
In Nuseirat camp (central), a girl was killed and others were injured in the bombing of a house in the Al-Hasayna area.
Continuing massacres in the north
In the northern Gaza Strip, a Palestinian family of three (a couple and their child) was killed on Saturday evening when their home in the Al-Daraj neighborhood, east of Gaza City, was hit by artillery shelling. Eight Palestinians, including children, were killed in two drone strikes targeting two gatherings of civilians in the Al-Shati refugee camp, west of the city.
Two Israeli airstrikes on two homes in the town of Jabalia al-Nazla also resulted in the death of a Palestinian and the reporting of approximately 40 missing persons. This was preceded by the killing of 15 Palestinians and the injury of dozens in a bombing of the homes of the Abu Warda and Saadallah families in the town.
In the Zeitoun neighborhood, seven Palestinians were killed and others were injured with varying degrees of severity when a home belonging to the Yassin family near the Shafi'i Mosque was targeted. They were transferred to the Baptist Hospital.
Two Palestinians were killed and others injured by Israeli gunfire while waiting for aid near the Sudanese area on the northern Gaza coast.
Earlier on Saturday morning, Israeli aircraft bombed a building housing displaced persons near the Islamic University, killing four Palestinians.
On Saturday evening, the Israeli occupation forces launched a series of "fire belts" involving dozens of airstrikes on the town of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip. Extremely loud explosions were heard as a result of the violent raids targeting the town, causing confusion and panic among Palestinians in the north.
In the same context, Hamas stated that more than 100 Palestinians, including children and women, have been killed since the early hours of the morning as a result of shelling targeting inhabited homes and displaced persons' tents. Dozens more remain missing under the rubble.
The movement noted in a statement that "the occupation committed a horrific massacre in the Al-Shati refugee camp west of Gaza City, resulting in the deaths of dozens of civilians, most of them children and women, in a new crime that confirms its bloody nature."
The Palestinian movement considered the continued systematic killings around the US-Zionist aid control points, and the deaths of 34 martyrs today, to be a confirmation of their criminal role in killing, besieging, and starving our people.
She stressed that "this calls for an Arab and international stance to immediately halt this inhumane mechanism and bring its officials to justice."
Since October 7, 2023, Israel, with full American support, has been committing genocide in Gaza, leaving approximately 196,000 Palestinians dead or wounded, most of them children and women. In addition, more than 10,000 are missing, hundreds of thousands are displaced, and famine has claimed the lives of many, including dozens of children.
