RB Salzburg and Qarabag FK secured away wins in the first leg of the second round of the 2025/2026 Champions League Qualifiers.
Austrian side Salzburg recorded a 4-1 victory when they visited Norwegian club Brann's home ground at Brann Stadium in Bergen, according to UEFA records.
In that match, Salzburg won thanks to goals from Nene Dorgeles, Karim Onisiwo, Yorbe Vertessen and Maurits Kjaergaard, while Brann actually took the lead first through Saevar Atli Magnusson.
Statistically, Salzburg appeared dominant in this match with 53 percent possession and a total of 22 shots, 10 of which were on target.
Salzburg will then play the second leg of the second round of the Champions League Qualification by hosting Brann at the Red Bull Arena Stadium, Salzburg, Thursday (31/7) at 01.45 WIB.
Meanwhile, Azerbaijan's representatives Qarabag secured an away win when they visited the headquarters of Irish club Shelbourne at Tolka Park Stadium, Dublin.
Qarabag secured victory over Shelbourne thanks to goals from Leandro Andrade, Oleksiy Kashchuk and Neriman Axundzade.
Statistically, Shelbourne actually had superior ball possession with 51 percent, but Qarabag was able to appear sharp after releasing 16 shots, eight of which were on target.
Qarabag will then act as hosts in the second leg of the second round of the Champions League Qualification against Shelbourne at the Tofiq Bahramov Stadium, Baku.
