The ministry said in an official statement: "We warn against dealing, cooperating, or interacting, directly or indirectly, with the American organization called the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), or with its local agents, or those outside the Gaza Strip, under any name or circumstance," stressing that the aforementioned organization was not established for the purpose of relief, but rather has become a tool for killing and starving Palestinians.
The statement added that the occupation forces continue to kill dozens of starving people daily near the organization's distribution centers, in addition to wounding and arresting others. It noted that the organization's work is conducted "outside any UN or legal oversight," and that it has resulted in the martyrdom of hundreds of Palestinians and the crushing of others under Israeli military vehicles.
The ministry accused GHF of coordinating with the Israeli military to recruit Palestinian citizens to work in these centers under logistical or security pretexts, warning that the institution has become "centers of humiliation and a systematic violation of human dignity and rights."
The ministry affirmed that it will take strict legal action against anyone proven to be involved in dealings with the institution, leading to the imposition of the maximum penalties stipulated in national laws. It called on citizens, families, and the media to "exercise national awareness and reject these malicious attempts targeting our people from within."
Beyond the supervision of the United Nations and international organizations, Tel Aviv and Washington began implementing a plan on May 27 to distribute limited aid through the so-called "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation." Israeli forces' bullets target starving Palestinians waiting for food.
Since October 7, 2023, Israel has been waging a war of genocide against Gaza, including killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, ignoring all international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice to halt it.
The genocide, with American support, left more than 191,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced persons and a famine that claimed the lives of many, including dozens of children.
