Grab Indonesia emphasized that the commission structure applied to online motorcycle taxi driver partners remains in accordance with regulations and is an important part of maintaining the online transportation ecosystem.
The statement was delivered by Grab Indonesia's Chief of Public Affairs, Tirza Munusamy, in response to the discourse on reducing commissions and concerns regarding the amount of deductions imposed on driver partners.
"We want to emphasize that regarding ojol, Grab has never charged a commission of more than 20 percent. This is in accordance with the provisions of the Minister of Transportation Decree Number KP 1001 of 2022," Tirza told.
