Jurist Tan's last recorded immigration crossing was to Singapore





 The Directorate General of Immigration at the Indonesian Ministry of Immigration and Corrections stated that the suspect in the alleged corruption case at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Jurist Tan, left for Singapore based on data from his last immigration crossing.

"The person concerned flew out of Indonesia to Singapore on a Singapore Airlines flight," said Acting Director General of Immigration Yuldi Yusman in a statement received in Jakarta on Wednesday.

Jurist Tan passed through immigration on May 13, 2025, at 3:05 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time) at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang, Banten. The former special staff member to Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Nadiem Makarim has not yet been registered as having re-entered Indonesia.

"Based on crossing data as of July 17, 2025, at 5:30 PM, the person concerned was not in Indonesia," said Yuldi.
