Pezeshkian questions claims that neighboring countries support Israeli strikes on Iran.

Iranian media quoted Pezeshkian as saying during a local meeting on Monday that Israel planned to undermine the country by targeting its leaders and infrastructure.

He added, "With perfect harmony and unity, the people thwarted the enemy's sinister and absurd plans. The true victor in the 12-day war imposed on us is the powerful Iranian people, and we must be grateful to them and serve them with enthusiasm and steadfastness."

He stressed that the instructions and policies of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei during the war "resulted in a decisive blow to the enemy."

Regarding allegations that some neighboring countries supported Israel during the attacks on Iran, Pezeshkian said, "Contrary to some rumors, the country's security establishments have not confirmed any indications of military cooperation between neighboring countries and the Zionist regime. Some have even announced their willingness to send essential supplies."

The Iranian president noted that his country attaches great importance to fraternal relations with its neighbors.

On June 13, Israel, with US support, launched a 12-day attack on Iran, targeting military and nuclear sites, civilian facilities, and assassinating military leaders and nuclear scientists.

Iran responded by targeting Israeli military and intelligence headquarters with ballistic missiles and drones. On the 24th of the same month, Washington declared a ceasefire between Tel Aviv and Tehran.
