Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) Commander General Agus Subianto said the war-themed film "Belive" is expected to inspire the public, especially young people, in pursuing their dreams and aspirations.
"This can be an example for the younger generation. If you want to achieve something, you have to focus, don't give up easily, and of course, pray," said Agus when met after attending the Gala Premiere of the film "Belive" at Plaza Senayan, Central Jakarta, Friday.
Agus said that this film tells the story of his life journey from childhood to becoming a member of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and joining the Special Forces Command (Kopassus).
This film also tells the background of Agus Subiyanto's father, a TNI soldier who was involved in Operation Seroja in Timor Leste in 1975.
Agus said that this film also tells the story of the ups and downs of the life of a soldier who often leaves his family to serve.
