The Israeli occupation army bombed a site in southern Lebanon, claiming that Hezbollah was using it.

"Last night, we attacked a Hezbollah military headquarters in the Yahmor area of southern Lebanon, which Hezbollah members were using to carry out hostile activities," he said in a statement.

The occupation army claimed that the party "hid the headquarters under the cover of a civilian building" and that it "exploited civilians to promote goals against Israel."

These attacks come despite a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon that has been in effect since late last year, while Tel Aviv continues its daily attacks on southern Lebanon.

On October 8, 2023, Israel launched an aggression against Lebanon, which evolved into a full-scale war on September 23, 2024, resulting in more than 4,000 deaths and approximately 17,000 injuries.

On November 27, 2024, a ceasefire agreement between Hezbollah and Israel took effect, but Tel Aviv violated it more than 3,000 times, resulting in at least 237 deaths and 546 injuries, according to official data.

In defiance of the agreement, Israel continues to occupy five Lebanese hills in the south that it captured during the last war, in addition to other areas it has occupied for decades.
