The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has begun summoning civil servants at the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Immigration and Corrections as witnesses in an alleged extortion case in the processing of foreign worker utilization plans (RPTKA) within the Ministry of Manpower.
"The examination took place at the KPK's Red and White Building on behalf of AGP, a civil servant in the Visa section at the Directorate General of Immigration, Ministry of Finance and Investment," said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo when confirmed.
Apart from AGP, Budi said that KPK investigators summoned two witnesses from PT Batara Sukses Maju, namely a director with the initials LNA and a commissioner with the initials MRD.
