Barcelona has officially announced the contract extension of their star defender, Jules Kounde, until June 30, 2030.
The agreement confirms the long-term commitment between the club and the French player, who has become a key pillar in coach Hansi Flick's squad.
"An agreement has been reached between Barcelona and the player Jules Kounde to extend his contract with the club until June 30, 2030. The club and the player will soon formalize the agreement in the presence of president Joan Laporta," Barcelona said in a statement on the club's official website on Saturday.
Jules Kounde joined Barcelona from Sevilla in the 2022/23 season and is now entering his fourth season with the club.
