Tijuana, August 18. Although he is homeless, Mr. Miguel Flores has dedicated himself with love and commitment to rescuing abandoned dogs in the Centro Zone. He does everything possible to feed them, care for them, and, above all, give them the love they didn't receive from their previous owners .
Miguel shares that his eight dogs were found abandoned or injured on the street. He decided some time ago to take care of as many as he can, to the best of his ability.
"I've found them lying injured on the street, and they've made me sad, and I've picked them up even though I have nowhere to put them. They're with me on the street... they're with me, that's what's important ," he said.
He acknowledges that it's not easy taking care of so many animals, especially since he doesn't have a safe place to shelter them and no one is willing to rent him property. However, he's open to taking care of a piece of land in exchange for being allowed to house his dogs.
