Madura United FC has brought in a new foreign player from Brazil, Jorge Ambrosio Mendonca, for the new season of the Indonesian League 1 or Super League competition.
"The player we brought in is a defender, 1.94 meters tall, named Jorge Ambrosio Mendonca," said Madura United FC Manager Umar Wachdin in Pamekasan, East Java, Thursday night.
He revealed that the choice was made for this player due to his tall stature and playing character, which he considered complete as a modern defender.
"Besides being strong and disciplined in defense, Mendonca also has good game-reading skills," he said.
