 Mira Tayyiba, Director General of Digital Government Technology at the Ministry of Communication and Digital , stated that digital public services must be community-oriented to achieve service transformation.

He believes this needs to be implemented considering that the digitalization of public services in Indonesia tends to be oriented towards government needs, resulting in siloed performance.

"Now we're changing the paradigm to citizen-centric , focusing on the user community. This means that people only need to submit their data once, and then we, the government agencies, will be connected," Mira said.

According to Mira, this orientation has also been prepared as part of the 2025-2029 National Medium-Term Development Plan .

Through the RPJMN, the strategic role of digital government has been outlined in more detail, so that its objectives are expected to be more easily implemented.
