Tijuana, October 1.- The Municipal Inspection and Verification Directorate closed an event hall in Tijuana for holding a clandestine party in which around 25 minors were consuming alcoholic beverages , one of whom, aged 17, was found intoxicated.
Inspectors, in coordination with the Municipal Police, responded early Saturday to the "Jardín de Violetas" event hall in the 20 de Noviembre neighborhood in response to a citizen complaint.
There were around 100 young people in the building , including 25 minors, who reported having paid between 250 and 300 pesos to enter the event. A 17-year-old boy was unconscious, so the Red Cross was requested for medical attention, while municipal police proceeded to evacuate him.
Municipal inspectors requested permits from those responsible for the building to hold the event and operate as an event garden, however, they did not have them, so an administrative report was drawn up and the building was closed and sealed .
