This event, which took place yesterday and today, aimed to discuss the constitutional reform that has impacted public life in the state. It was organized by the Tijuana Law School in collaboration with the Baja California Court of Justice (TSJBC) and the Baja California State Human Rights Commission (CEDHBC).

At the virtual opening ceremony, UABC Rector Daniel Octavio Valdez Delgadillo emphasized that UABC has taken seriously its role as a forger of generations of jurists capable of contributing to a new constitutional culture of rights in all its substantive educational activities and the production of legal knowledge.

"Today we celebrate ten years of changes driven by the constituent assembly that marked a before and after in the conception of constitutional justice," he commented.
