Youth and Sports Minister Dito Ariotedjo has motivated the 2025 Endurance World Championship Aquabike Jetski champion, Boanerges Rataq, to continue training to improve his achievements on the world stage.
"Congratulations, the main thing is to keep training and racing," said Dito when welcoming Boanerges Rataq at the Ministry of Youth and Sports Office, Jakarta, as reported on the Ministry of Youth and Sports website in Jakarta, Tuesday.
Rataq won the 2025 Endurance World Championship Aquabike Jetski at Lake Toba, Balige, North Sumatra.
The racer from Manokwari in West Papua climbed to the top of the podium after collecting 136 points from six races after overcoming the resistance of two United States athletes, Jay Finlinson and Anthony Radetic.
Dito expressed his high appreciation for Rataq and assured the government of its continued commitment to supporting talented young athletes who bring glory to Indonesia worldwide.
He advised Rataq to continue training hard and improving his performance to add to his record of brilliant achievements on the international stage.
Ratag then told his experience while competing in the championship.
