At the third annual WhatsApp Business Summit held , WhatsApp again announced its innovations to support businesses in Indonesia through a series of messaging tools designed to increase customer engagement and create more optimal business results, all the way to an artificial intelligence (AI)-based future .
"As many as 88 percent of Indonesians now message businesses weekly, putting Indonesia at the global forefront of business communication via messaging. WhatsApp continues to introduce new features to help businesses of all sizes, while providing a personalized and timely experience for customers," said Pieter Lydian, Country Director of Meta Indonesia.
