Medical and local sources told that the Israeli occupation forces released the prisoners through the Kissufim Gate, east of Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip.
She noted that vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross transported the released prisoners directly to the government-run Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the central Gaza Strip due to their critical health conditions.

For its part, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) explained that it facilitated the release of the 13 prisoners and their transfer from the Kissufim crossing to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, noting that its team facilitated their contact with their families and their reunification.
The committee added that since last March, it has helped unilaterally release 303 Palestinian detainees, including five women, and reunited them with their families inside the Gaza Strip.
