Indonesia held to a draw by Lebanon in the first half

Indonesian national team was held to a goalless draw in the first half of their FIFA Matchday friendly against Lebanon at Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium.

The Indonesian national team started the match by trying to control the tempo of the game and continued to break down Lebanon's defense, which played with a low defensive line.

Entering the 20th minute, Lebanon tried to come out and penetrate the high defense of the Garuda team.

Patrick Kluivert's team nearly scored in the 35th minute, but Stefano Lilipaly's header from inside the penalty area sailed high.

A number of actions shown from attacks on both sides of the Garuda team's wings still could not penetrate Lebanon's tight wall.

Until the referee blew the signal for half time, the Red and White team was held to a goalless draw by Lebanon.
