Former national mixed doubles badminton pair Tontowi Ahmad and Liliyana Natsir revealed the ideal figure of the Minister of Youth and Sports who is considered capable of advancing the sports sector in Indonesia.
Liliyana Natsir, who is familiarly known as Butet, said that the Minister of Youth and Sports should have a background as an athlete so that she has a comprehensive understanding of the needs and challenges faced by athletes.
"The hope is, I really want the figure to be an athlete, so maybe I'll know more, 'oh, what's the hard work like for an athlete, what's the job like,'" said Butet at the Djarum Jati Sports Hall, Kudus, Central Java.
