Persib Bandung has asked Persebaya Surabaya supporters, namely Bonek, not to attend in person at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api (GBLA) Stadium for the fifth week of the 2025/2026 BRI Super League match.
Vice President of Operations of PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat Andang Ruhiat said that the appeal was in accordance with the 2025/26 Liga 1 regulations Article 5 paragraph 7 concerning Security and Comfort and Article 141 of the 2023 PSSI Disciplinary Code which prohibits the presence of visiting team supporters in the stadium.
"We ask for the understanding and cooperation of Persebaya supporters to not attend the GBLA Stadium as stipulated in official regulations," Andang said in Bandung on Wednesday.
According to Andang, the regulation is not merely a recommendation but has real consequences. The PSSI Disciplinary Committee can impose strict sanctions in the form of financial fines that could potentially harm clubs and supporter groups.
